Training as an industrial mechanic at Hacker Feinmechanik
INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC (M/F/D)
Qualified industry mechanics are in great demand. With us, you will learn to manufacture precision components using machining processes: e.g. turning, milling, drilling or grinding. Discover your talent in a varied apprenticeship where you can program and operate modern and computer-controlled CNC machines.
Educational Contents:
- basic education to do manual work (sawing, filing, drilling, turning, milling)
- Programming and operation of computer-controlled CNC machines
- Assembly of components
- Quality assurance (including 3D measurement technology, laser measurement technology)
- Maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools
- Mold presetting with optical presetting device
- Planning and control of production orders
Requirement Profile:
- Qualified secondary school certificate or higher
- craft skills
- Technical understanding
- Spatial imagination
- Good knowledge of mathematics
- Care and accuracy
- Sense of responsibility
