Together with an IT expert, Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH has developed software for tool breakage monitoring. The effort paid off: the software provides an easy and intuitive way to monitor critical processes and detect deviations. Even without extensive programming knowledge, it is possible to define monitoring blocks at any point in the CNC program. This tool helps us reduce scrap and produce the best quality.
