TRAINING STARTS IN SEPTEMBER 2019
On September 2, 2019, six young employees again began their training as industrial mechanics in Offenberg-Neuhausen. The new colleagues were welcomed by the founder and shareholder Karl Hacker, the managing director Gerald Watzl and the training manager Florian Gruber.
Training as an industrial mechanic at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH is extensive, interesting and future-oriented. With its modern machinery, the company offers a wide range of possibilities and continues to grow. Apprentices from Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH have repeatedly been among the best in their exams in the region.
High value placed on training at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH
Training has a particularly high priority at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH. We have been providing training for more than 25 years, and more than a third of our production employees started their careers in Neuhausen.
A total of 25 trainees are now currently employed at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH: 24 prospective industrial mechanics and one trainee office administrator. This corresponds to more than 15% of the workforce.
Six new industrial mechanic apprenticeships every year
Now the selection process is already starting for the next training cohort, which will begin in September 2020.
